BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing Feast & Flourish. A deposit of at least £50 will be required to secure a date for all bookings. This is non-refundable due to us potentially turning away other business for your date. We ask for your final balance to be paid no later than two weeks before your booking. This will be requested by invoice, sent via email. Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason after the balance has been paid in full, a full or partial refund will not be made. We will, however, do our best to accommodate your booking for an alternative date (subject to availability).
We offer a setup service for grazing tables on the day of your event unless other arrangements have been made to collect from us. Depending on the location of your venue, there may be a small set up/delivery charge to cover costs. Any delivery costs will be detailed in your quote.
Your grazing table with be left in perfect condition. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents once we leave the venue.
We cater for special dietary requirements including vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free. Please make us aware of any dietary requirements as early on in the booking as possible. We bake in a kitchen that contains nuts and other possible food allergens. Please make us aware of any allergies prior to your cake being made. We will make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements but we cannot guarantee any of our products to be completely free of all traces of any specific allergen.
Please ensure you provide us with a setup time as early on in your booking as possible. Please provide us with all food options at the latest, two weeks prior to the date of your event.
